AILA Advocacy Award

ul 07, 2014:Sweta one of the four recipients of the 2014 AILA Advocay Award. The four recipients were the Chairs of the four California Chapters of AILA-Northern, Bay Area, Southern, and San Diego. The CA Chapter Chairs were recognized for their efforts at preventing the passage of a CA Bill that would have adversely impacted the way immigration attorneys practice law.

AILA Platinum Award

May 19, 2014:The Bay Area Chapter of AILA was amongst the top 5 AILA Chapters (out of approx 50) to receive the Platinum Award. This recognition to the Chapter was during Sweta’s term as Chair.
